Suddenly yesterday while breathing in, I felt a strong, sharp, stabbing pain in the center of the body, right where your rib cage separates in the front bottom. It's still happening today! If I breathe normally, it doesn't happen, but with a yawn or any other deeper breathe in, in stabs me! What could suddenly be causing this? I have no health problems and was just laying in bed when it started. I can't seem to stretch it out or do anything to help it. Thanks!

its called muscle spasm..















it can happened to anyone maybe because of stressed















but the cause is still unsure..















u should consult gp doctor
