Every few months or so I get this sharp pain in my stomach whenever I bend or twist my torso in any way. It feels kind of like I have a string attatched to the inside of my navel and someone is pulling at it really hard. It is quite painful and usually renders me motionless for awhile. I've tried to research it but have found no answers that apply to me. Just wondering if anyone else suffers from the same thing. If so, what the hell is it?
