Calm down, take some ibuprofen and get out a heating pad to relieve the muscle spasm. You will probably need to take ibuprofen for the next day or two as well as use the heating pad to help relieve the soreness. I suggest that you drink a lot of water to help flush out the lactic acid which causes soreness in your muscles.

It would also ve nice if you would take the time to write a real sentence or two, as opposed to acting as if you are texting your best friends. Some of us don't text.

Like the RN said, Calm down. I've had a spinal fusion last year in Oct. from the front of my neck for two herniated discs 5-6, 6-7 and that went perfectly fine. Now I'm having sharp shooting nerve pains in the side of MY neck and it's actually due to the two surgeries I've also had for my shoulders for Clavicle resections where they have to take out part of the collar bone because of bad Osteoarthritis and I had NO cartilage under my right collar bone. The nerve part is basically on the right side because I'm in Phys. Therapy for that shoulder surgery and that's part of the recovery and I just have to take some Aleve. At your age, I seriously doubt you've got any major issues going on, BUT if it continues, I strongly suggest your mother bypass all the General Doctor and ER routes and go directly to a Neurologist and get you checked ASAP. Pinched nerves are nothing to play around with. You have a very Merry Christmas.

Probably a pinched nerve or muscle spasm. It should go away in a few days. Take some aspirin and put a warm heating pad on it.
