What could this be? Sharp pain in lower left abdomen.?
This morning I woke up to a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. Throughout the day it felt like there was pressure on it when I lifted up, but I was fine when standing or lying down. I then felt the real pain and felt this when I sneezed; it literally feels like something is rupturing. I've looked up everything and can't find anything to match my symptoms. I have sneezed twice and it hurts so bad that I nearly cry. Please help!! Oh and I'm a 20 year old female and am just using my fiance's account. Also, I've seen many pregnant women have this problem; I'm not pregnant-I took a test today.
