...vagina could this be contractions? it's not really a pelvic pressure ...but mor like something sharp is stabing me down there...they last about 30 sec. then stop and are now coming in about 10 min. intervals..but my stomach gets really hard at the top when it happens...my dr checked me on monday and the pain started soon after...

I am almost 37 weeks and have this same pain. I asked my doctor and he said it is just the baby getting into place.
