hey i played rugby earlier today, and ive been having a reccurring problem of a sharp pain down the inside of my right arm. the pain is on and off. it happened during the game.































any idea what could be causing it?

Probably because you carried on playing. You should have stopped.

The sharp pain will most probably be a trapped nerve ending. If nerves are strapped then the movement of your arm will 'tweak' it every so often and you will get the pain. They usually release after a day or so. If you start to get any pain across your chest however, please go to hospital asap.
