Pain in my ovaries..........very sharp....but it goes away within a few hours...?

especially when I orgasm during sex...... what's strange is there is no pain unless I orgasm while me and my boyfriend are having sex.......my tubes are tied......if that helps. Also, I do get sharp pains but, not in the same place but on my right side for no odd reason...I'm gonna see a doctor tomorrow...but, I wanted to get all the info so I could better explain what's happening to me.....Any answer would help who knows u could save a life....Thanks for your time....

may be a cyst on your ovaries, I found out I had a cyst in Dec and had it removed in Jan of this year and it would be sharp pains and then they would go away. It was always on the same side. My doc also discovered I have stage 4 endo, so that is also where my pains are coming too.
