Default Sharp pain in lower pelvic area..what could it be?

Im 32w4d pregnant and i just noticed tonight that i am getting these sharp pains in my pelvic region..they don't last but for a second and have been very sporadic, but they are very painful when i do get them..does anyone know what this could be? my little guy is head down now also if that matters.....

Also, i have been getting light cramping..could this all possibly be me dialating or what?.?.

I have been getting TONS of BH contractions that are painless over the past few weeks, but doc said everything looked ok...i just noticed these pains tonight...just want to see if anyone else has experienced this and if they knew what caused it...

I would consult your Doctor or a licensed and trained Obstetrician, or at least a Gynecologist.

hi mom your little one is almost here and the baby is getting into position and is bearing down on your pelvic as long as your pains don't get stronger you will be ok every thing is really making a really big difference i would take it easy and keep your docs number close sounds as if this is part of early labor good luck and best wishes

That happens to me to. I have heard that it is round ligament and I have heard that it is the baby's head pushing on your cervix. I'm not totally sure which it is, but I do know it's normal!
