...same time? When I begin to laught I feel this sharp excruciating pain in my neck, my upper arm and my side underneath my arm and it only last for a second or two. But not everytime i laught but almost evry other day I feel this.

You may have pulled a muscle which has swelled a little and is now putting some pressure on a nerve, take it easy, ibuprofen, some heat, if not better within a wk. do see your Doc. Good luck.
