Has anyone experienced sharp pain in lower stomach if pregnant?....Worried!....?

I have been having spotting on March 2nd-5th and light bleeding on March 6th-9th. Now on March 26th-31st has been nothing but light bleeding and brownish/pinkish spotting. I feel nauseated in the mornings and been having pains (light cramps) on left side of stomach off and on and getting headaches almost everyday. This morning (march 31st), I woke up at 5:00 am having really sharp lower stomach pains, I'm I experiencing a miscarriage or is it just a symptom of pregnancy? I'm willing to take a HPT but I want to get the accurate results and I don't have medical insurance no more since my husband got fired from his job and I work part-time, so I can't go to the doctor right now. Has anyone experienced this? Please let me know, I am worried......

and been having alot of gas problems, sorry if too much information but I've been passing gass a whole lot and can't seem to hold it in

Been in this situation, if you are pregnant your tendons that hold the uterus may be stretching due to a heavier uterus. I did have pains like you described. As far as the spotting I'm not sure. I did use HPT (4X) and they always worked for me. Some hospitals have a free clinic where they do blood test also. Our local family planning does this also. Hope this helps. if your period is late then take a HPT these are 99% accurate unfortunately signs that your period is on its way is similar to the early signs of pregnancy so the only way to know for sure is postivie HPT... hope you get the result your looking for

It's hard to tell period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are kinda the same. I swore I was getting my period and here I am today 37 weeks pregnant. I also this time around had that light bleeding i even went to the hospital but turns out it was implantation bleeding which I never had before. Your best best is to take a HPT. Buy FIRST RESPONSE in the pink box LOL...that one gave me test results way sooner then my period was suppose to come.....good luck
