Unfortunataly its all apart of pregnant, I wake up to those pains and they arent fun. Take a bath and pour water on the area that always helps me.

Hm.. it sounds like it's your sciatic nerve pain. It's common during pregnancy.

It could be round ligament pain. I also had something similar when i was around 5 months pregnant. It hurt so bad i could barely walk. I went to my doctor and they told it was from the stretching of the ligaments that support your uterus. I was told to just take it easy for a few days and things would start to feel better. The only thing that helped me was lying down and staying completely still it was a long 4 days! If it doesn't start to fade and feel better within a few days I would go back and make doc take another look. Good luck and i hope you feel better.
