For some reason, my right wrist randomly starts hurting at times, and then the pain goes away by itself.. sometimes it takes hours. It's a sharp pain where I really can't move it at all or do anything with it. And then it suddenly goes away. When it's hurting, I say it's kinked.. feels like the tendons are in knots or something. What is this and how do I make it go away??

It could be a number of things such as tendinitis,soft tissue damage or even pinched nerves. I suggest u go to ur doctor and explain ur symptoms and he will probably put u through tests which will help tell u whats wrong. I had the same problem with my knee when I was 19 and I found it was arthritis.
