sharp thing on my penis?

im 14 and for my entire life there is a little hard sharp flat piece of something under the skin on the underside of my penis its only a few millimeters across but if i pinch at it or touch it, i hurts and i don't think it is anything serious, what should i do?

It feels like its under the skin? Perhaps a little piece of whatever tool the doctor used to circumsize you? I'd have a doctor look at it.

If it has been there your whole life, that means that your doctor has probably seen it before. If you aren't sure and really think you need to get it checked out, talk to your dad or someone to get you an appointment. Good luck!
