I have a sharp pain in my left shoulder and my left arm is numb and

tingles does it sound like a pinched nerve? It started 4 days ago with just a pinch in my left shoulder and now my arm stays numb and tingles,and i have had a really bad headache, and am getting light headed when i stand up from sitting. I have been taking 3 Ibprofen 4 times a day, and it hasn't eased the pain at all, and i don't have any medical insurance to go to the doctor, any ideas? and does it sound like i even have a pinched nerve?
