...couple of days, and a numb feeling? It's a very painful feeling, like a sharp bite or needles sticking in my toes and feet. Then there is numbing at the top of my toes. What could this be and/or what is causing this. It's very painful.

it depends how long you've been experiencing this. I get the same felling too only for a couple of minutes. If its for a couple of days than you should check with a doctor. Sorry if i didn't help as much.

Or try buying sum foot spa stuff and rub your feet. ? I had that too in my pinky toes earlier this week but then it went away. I just went for a run and it went away. Do exercises with your feet and toes.

i dont know what your pain is but dont go taking tramadol for it. tramadol is for severe pain. cause thats what i have to use it for. that guy calls himself a doctor??? how does he have time to get onto these kinds of sites instead of doing surgery or something
