sharp pain in chest and hand simultaneously?

i have this sharp pain that happens on top of hand above the index finger and near the bottom of my left chest that happens simultaneously.... it lasts about a min and then goes away... but when the pain is there i have to grab either my hand or chest because it is horrible... any ideas?

I believe those are signs of a mild heart attack, not sure though. Go see the doctor

Go to see a doctor especially if the pain was in the left hand or arm. If you wait, the next time you may not be alive to talk about it.
