At first i thought maybe it was my appendix but now im not sure i noticed this sharp pain in my lower abdomen sometimes its on the right sometimes on the left kinda feels like im full or bloated other things are a mild tenderness in my groin and my back hurts. i also noticed that it sometimes is only noticeable when im sitting a certain way. doesnt hurt just very uncomfortable. Just wondering what this is going to the Doctors this week.















No constipation and its been a bout a week since i noticed it but I've only had pains 3 times in like 10 days

are you constipated in any way? If you are, you may need to have your galbladder removed. My friend had many of your similar symptoms and had to get hers removed last year. But yeah definitely get this checked out. Good luck!

Because your pain moves from left to right, it is probably not your appendix. I had a very similar problem to yours. For me, the answer was that I was dehydrated. Dehydration can often adversely affect your intestines' ability to expel gas, which can build up and cause sharp pains. If you find that you drink a lot of coffee, soda, and alcohol (all of which tend to dehydrate you), and not a lot of water, then this could be the case.
