I As a Doctor Say this is a Very Bad Sign Because I Dont Want to Say, But, I think Its the Start Of a Hernia. If you Dont Know What this Is its Where Your Lower Intestine Of your Body Begins To Get pushed Out To the Side Of your Body and To Treat them You Will Have to Undergo an Operation, If Not They Can Lead To a Slow Death. In the Mean time I Will advise you No Not Sit Or Lie Or The Painfull side, Dont Play With it, Drink Many Fluids, to Make Sure you are Comfortable Sitting, dont Play Sports Such As Soccar ( Football ), Rugby, American Football Anything Envolving you Running And the Chances of you Falling On your Side, Oh and No Trampolining or PLAYFIGHTING!!!!!!!
In a Week or two if you are still experienceing the pain. BTell your Mum, Dad Carer Who Ever that Looks After you to Make an Appointment at the doctor they might undergo a Catscan to have a Look inside your Body. So Make Sure you Are Doing Nothing Silly, that Could Worsen the Pain. If The Doctors Do Find Out you Have a Hernia you Will Be Appointed to a Surgery Team Where they Will Undergo a Small Surgery to Correct the hernias Position, If they Dont Find a Sign Of a Hernia there Is Nothing to Worry About and It Could Just be a Muscle Spazam.
Before I Go, I must tell you this. If you are Still Experienceing the Pain Shortly Before your Dancing i Really Recommend that you Do Not Compete as this will Definently Worsen the Pain.
I Wish You Good Luck!!!!!!
Regards
Doctor Mark Vallentine
