sharp pains 5 wks after delivering baby?

I have a 5 wk old baby boy. I had a c-section due to complications. Anyway, I have been experiencing some sharp abdominal pains. They come and go...any ideas?

I have a Dr.s appointment next week but want to see if anyone knows what this may be. Thanks

Call your doctor today. I know you have an appointment next week, but its not worth waiting and the doctor may be able to tell you if its normal or not. Most likely they'll want you to come in so they can check you out now. Good luck!
