I need to find out what f ,g ,a ,b ,c ,d ,e ,b flat, d Sharp, f Sharp on piano

are on alto saxophone? i no the notes on saxophone bur i need to no what THE NOTES ABOVE which are on piano are on alto saxophone so changing those piano notes to alto saxophone notes please tell me which one is which.
