I was eating a pita and got an incredibly sharp pain in my left ear when i bit down?

It just came all of a sudden, im scared to chew right now because it was very painful, what is this and what should i do?

You might have TMJ. IT cant be cured but it can be treated. Its when your jaw is dislocated or there so much stress in the muscles from grinding or clenching your jaw so much that the cartilage wears out. Go to the dentist. Theyll know about it. i have it but it doesnt hurt for me.
