For the last hree monthes I've been getting a very sharp lower back pain for about 2-3 days at a time. It's the worst for the first day and goes away slower on day's 2 and 3. It happens when I bend over to try to pick something up. I pick up stuff off the ground a lot to clean up but this happens once a month and its something I do all the time. Sometimes its when I'm picking up something heavy and sometimes its when i'm picking up a tissue. I dont know whats wrong. I did start to take the depo shot about 3 monthes ago and I know bone density can be lowered from that but I've been taking calcium pills.































Does anyone know what's wrong with me?? I can deal with the pain but it's really annoying because It hurts a lot for that 1st day that it happens. esp when I wake up in the morning.
