What it is when you have a sharp feeling in your throat?

when i swallow or just move my throat it feels like something sharp is pokin it. and it hurts. i think its swelling.

Get a doctor to take a look down your throat. You're not a sword swallower, are you?

Go see a doctor ASAP. i doubt he'll recommend a Strepsil, he'll probably say You need your Tonsils out Ma'am. or something like that. but, if you get your tonsils out, YOU GET TO EAT ALL THE ICECREAM YOU WANT!!!!!!!!!
