Default To lose weight, is long jogging a better alternative than short sharp

sprints? which is better for weightloss? thankyou.















Im tossing up weather to















a) run 10-15 laps around my local oval















or















b) sprint one side of my oval,15 times - obviously having a rest by walking back.































Basically im wondering weather high intensity interval training is better than your usual cardio repetative workout for losing weight.































Im not fat, im just a bit stocky. Im just aiming to lose 5-10kgs. Nothing extreme.















But obviously id rather the fastest way possible.

The answer is both with walking added in. Sprinting activates fast twitch muscles which get stronger and help burn more calories over the long term. Jogging activates slow twitch muscles that are good for burning up fat stored in your body. Walking keeps Lipase activated, an enzyme that routes calories to muscle. So do all three and walk during your recovery days.

the best way to lose weight fast with accuracy is by confusing your body with alternative cardio and weight lifting that will work perfectly if you do the weight lifting before the cardio and you will notice that you start firming and toning your body in a very short time
