To lose weight, is long jogging a better alternative than short sharp
sprints? which is better for weightloss? thankyou.
Im tossing up weather to
a) run 10-15 laps around my local oval
or
b) sprint one side of my oval,15 times - obviously having a rest by walking back.
Basically im wondering weather high intensity interval training is better than your usual cardio repetative workout for losing weight.
Im not fat, im just a bit stocky. Im just aiming to lose 5-10kgs. Nothing extreme.
But obviously id rather the fastest way possible.
