...side that points away from the bod? For about 2-3 days, my hand has been in terrible pain. I can not ball up a fist, and my grip is very bad and it only seems to be getting worse. It hurts in the weak part of the hand, the side that points away from the body. There are certain ways I move my fingers that cause it to hurt very bad. And if it is in one positions for a while, and I move it suddenly, it causes me a great deal of pain I have been shadow boxing a lot, but that is about it. Please help
