Hi,































I have a sharp pain in my left leg. I hurt my left foot after playing cricket on saturday (it was a slight sprain), then i got bad cramp in my left leg on saturday after more cricket. Being very silly i didn't stretch down and then i pulled a muscle in my upper thigh. All this occured in my left leg. As a result I occasionally find it very hard to walk and my leg seizes up. I'm 15 and want it to go away for my cricket matches this weekend. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO ERADICATE THIS PROBLEM.
