I keep getting these sharp pains on the left sid of my chest under my boob, under my arm and in my back all on the left side. and it only hurts when i breath. I get them so often.















I have been to the dr about it and they tell me its just anxiety and to focus on my breathing. Well i focus all the time on how i breath so i dont hyperventilate. The drs i went to were military dr and i dont think they actually give a shit if there is something wrong with you, they just get you in and send you out.















Is it something i need to worry about and how can i make the pain go away so i can breath normally.















































I dont have insurance or make enough money to go see/pay for a dr right now.















im a 21 yr old female, and i get them at least 2 a month. It feels almost like something is being pinched when i breath.

I wouldn't worry about them too much unless they were happening very frequently and persistently. I know what kind of pains you are talking about; I get them too and it feels like something in your chest is about to pop. They're usually due to off shooting nerves in your chest muscles because of lack of sleep and/or stress. Try to rest up some more, exercise and when the pains come, just take shallow breaths until they pass.
