i have these sharp like pains behind my breasts sometimes, and i can only take short breaths. and some times it hurts the same, only in my stomach. what is this?

Not to make you feel bad or anything, but it sounds like gas getting trapped high in your digestive tract. That's happened to me a couple times, and it felt very much like chest pains (I totally freaked out the first time). Try an over-the-counter anti-gas product with simethicone, like Maalox.

I agree with the other poster that I think it could either be trapped wind (very likely) or maybe you have tweaked muscles by ? coughing?????Also stress can do this too. I know!!!!
