left foot hurt too what is it? My upper back's been hurting recently too. (It hurts when I sneeze). I'm sure they're all separate things. I used to work out alot (about 15-21 miles a week) with pilates almost every 2 days. The foot problem was first, then the back, now my abdomen...I cut down the exercising a little but its still there?? I'm a college student so I'm wondering if it could be the stress??

I'd recommend a visit to the doctors and a new pair of running ***** (honest!).

as far as the pain in your back and foot, you should see a doc. when it comes to pain in your side when running, believe it or not it means you are a little dehydrated. (learned this in the army). always drink water before running, not after.
