I have a sharp pain in my low stomach, Help what could it be?

The pain my stomach hurts low and a little into my butt, It hurt to sneeze or do anything that makes me move really fast or sit down fast or hard. Please help

if it is on the left side it could be your appendix and you could have appendicitis you should see a hospital.if it is on the right side it is most likely just constipation but if it is serious you should see a doctor this is nothing to laugh off either see a doctor because if it is serious in extreme cases it could be fatal so see a doctor i knew someone that died from it
