I bet you somehow rolled over to your back while you were sleeping....its the worst position to be in when you are pregnant because it pinches nerves and cuts off circualation...I had the same thing happen to me. Lay down on your side and put a pillow between your legs, and take a lemon slice or something and suck on it....the preggo pops are great too. I wouldnt worry....but you NEED TO REST, if you are working today...call out! ...just in case it is something serious. If the pain doesnt stop within 6-8 hours...go to the emergency room!
