...subsides. any suggestions? I think that it may be related to ***** that I wear..but not sure. It is very painful and mostly occurs after a day on my feet. I take Aleve at night so I can sleep. The next day I start over with the pain occuring about 4p.m. or so.

Most Likely Plantar fasciitis ...It is when you have over eggserted your Plantar Ligament Google or go to ....www.footsmart.com/fasciitis A home remedy that I know the doc will tell you is to get a can of cold soda to roll your foot over again and again. you might not have good arch supports in your *****. if you are on your feet all day, you might want to get a good pair of ***** or get some shoe inserts. i use "Superfeet" inserts. this company makes inserts for sneakers and dress ***** - even heels! you should check it out.
