Default I'm having sharp pains in both my ovaries. What could it be??

All of a sudden I got this sudden sharp painin both my ovaries. I've had it for 2 days now, an the pain is slowly lightning up. I was supposed to start my period about a week ago and havn't. I took 3 pregnancy test an they are all negative. I thought about an eptopic pregnancy but shouldn't I only be having pain in one ovarie then? I can't figure it out, an i'm concerned I should go see my docter if the pain stays.

I get this often. You may have a sist on your ovaries, but not likely if it is in both sides, you are probably feeling yourself ovulate. Not everyone can feel it but some us are Lucky enough to have the chance. You will probably be tender for 2 - 3 days then a few weeks later you will have period cramps. Congrats to your life of month long pain! You should see your Dr. though just to be on the safe side.
