i have a sharp pain in my lower back .?

i was picking up some paper i droped and a sharp pain went up my lower back. did i pull a mus.

something got tweeked. if it is not there, i would not worry about it..

You might have pinched a nerve. Be very careful with your back over the next few days, when you have to bend, bend with your knees, and don't twist, especially when lifting. After you pinch somthing, its easy to hurt it again, or cause ongoing pain. Be gentle with it and it should be right ina few days, otherwise see a practitioner.
