Sharp Burning Pain In Pregnancy?

HiI'm 35wks 2day with my 2nd child & for the last 2 wks I've been getting very sharp burning pains in lower abdomen. This happends alot when the baby is moving. It feels like It's just going to burst! They aren't contractions or cramps. They really hurt! I have mentioned it to my m.w but never really got an answer out of her. Can any1 help? thanks

Could be the baby moving into position and the ligaments stretching.

You should get in touch with your GP for peace of mind. Might be a urinary infection.
