Default upper arm sharp pain?!?
i dont know what is causing this, but sometimes i would be sitting down and i get sharp pain in my upper arms...sometimes for a few mints, sometimes longer, and icant really move my arms, they just ache....what causes this?

nerves are being pinched.see a dr. tell the dr that you would like to see a nerve specialist.
