Sharp stabbing pain in my chest?

I've just experienced a sharp stabbing pain in my chest, on my left hand side, I guess right near my heart. It was extremely painful, and lasted for about a minute. I had no other symptoms, and it hurt more when I breathed out.I'm only 23 so I'm pretty sure it wasn't some sort of heart attack!

Age make no difference. If the pain continues go to the hospital now. Better safe than sorry. Better yet call 911 .
