Sharp cheddar or mild cheddar?

I had bit of mild with some crackers a few days back and i remembered why i stopped eating it :O!

Sharp cheddar but don't go for cheap. I love extreme flavors.

Depends on what I'm eating, if I'm making Mac&Cheese I use sharp. If I'm just eating it with crackers, then I use mild.

Sharp, mild is just a waste of space,not good for anything since it hardly has any flavour.
