which animal has 19 times sharper eyesight than humans?

Probably the falcon or the hawk (I am unsure of which specific species). Birds in general and Raptors in particular have the most dense foveas of all animals. That means they are able to distinguish detail at the greatest distance. They also are able to distinguish color differences more readily than humans due to a type of "filter" that surrounds their cones.

Hawk. In general birds and in particular raptures have the most sharp viewing power of all animals by distance. They also are able to distinguish color differences more readily than human. Cats and like animals can see in darkness some 20 times better than human.

Eagles do have a far more sharper eye sight than humans.

bats...they are not blind.they jus close their eyes in da nights.even with their eves closed the catch their prey perfectly.even sharks have excellent eyesight but they use their sense of smell to catch their prey.great whites can find out where their prey is even with their eyes rolled back of their heads.(they dont have eye lids)
