Heya!Moving to a new house soon, and decided to buy a new television to celebrate, I want to buy a new LCD tv, around 32', was thinking about buying a sonia bravia, but I have heard about some bad technical issues with it, friend suggested a Sharp, but Im not a big fan, yet to gaint there trust as a consumer. He has a really nice samsung which I would totally get, but two of them have samsungs, so Im not one to follow the party. Anyone have any suggestions for a brand, or specific model of tv that is well worth my money?

They will each have their problems. They are basically all the same just slight differences. Just go with what you think you will like best. ie overall look, picture quality etc.

If your only choice was the sony or sharp, go with sony. Here are the specs you should look for. 1080p not i.. 120 mhz motion flow.. make sure the contrast ratio is no less than 10,000:1. Those are a few specs you must have to enjoy true HD dont get anything less. Now if you did want to follow the party, definitely get a samsung. (with the same minimum specs I mentioned). They are far ahead in the LCD TV business than any other. In my opinion anyways. Your next step should be a blu ray player.!

L.G make 8-10 screens in S.Korea lcd and plasma and most jappaneese make use of them in thier products so pay your money but remember you will pay about £100 pounds more for a sharp ,soney and the like.Did you see the gadget show about L.G
