in my throat on left side. i guess it would be the tonsil area? feels like a needle poking me. only lasts a sec and when i swallow. its not consitant. happens on and off througout the day. i am not sick, no cold, sore throat fever nothing. what do you think it could be? has anyone else experienced this?i looked at my troat but didnt see anything~ almost feels like a chip or something went down the wrong way. i odnt really know ow to describe it

Could be a bone spur that came off the jaw area and now pokes you when you swallow and the muscles tighten up. Here's what you do, don't swallow anymore. LMAO J/kHonestly I don't know but have it checked out to make sure the lymphnodes are ok.
