Query about Siemens GPRS solution?

Hi I want to know, what is the functionality of MSM, MSP in Siemens GPRS solution?also can anybody please tell while using GPRS via WAP, if the time-out is occuring , then where can be the problem? and how to rectify? specifically talking about Siemens GPRS. a quick reply will be highly appriciated. Thanks
