Can any one tell me how can i get a testing job in Siemens Automation

Products- PCS7, WinCC Flex,WinCC,Step7? HI,Im from India.I work for siemens A&D as support engineer.I would like to switch to Siemens Automation Softwares(Step7,WinCC,PCS7,WinCC Flexible) tesing field.I have DCS Testing Experience.How can my dream come true?How can i get a job there?Is there any testing facility in india?rgds,KK
