changing the NAT settings on a Siemens SE587 Router?

After buying an Xbox 360 and using my Laptop with a wireless Internet connection on ICS mode to connect to Xbox Live, I resently started having issues with my NAT rating. This rating is currently on Moderate, and combined with poor interface design, lack of guides (both with the router and online), and poor customer service has caused much anger and annoyance. If anyone knows how to change this NAT to Open it would be welcome

>not sure abt nat setting>make sure ports are opened for xbox>tcp/udp-3074,udp-88 is opened on router>if u r not sure contact tech support to open mostly it works if u fwd ports on router
