What is this Siemens device for?

I have found a little black device that has the word SIEMENS printed on it. It has no other words or numbers on it. It is a sealed capsule with a long thin antenna attached to the end. It was hidden under my veranda chair. I found it while vacumming.... any ideas????Does anyone know an internet site that lists or has photos of all the products the company makes?
