I have a Siemens SE567 (gateway: modem/router) and an xbox 360 hardwired to it.?

The xbox will not connect to xbox live. During the "Test Connection" it fails at the IP Address. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, please state how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advanced.
