my kids were messing around with my laptop and they have done something to the keyboard, now to type properly i have to hold down the fn button, if i dont do this the buttons with numbers in the corners i.e k=2 o=6 l=3, dont type what i want them to, i.e if i press k without holding down the fn button it types 2 on so on.i have seen something on here about a num lock button but my keyboard doesnt have a num lock button,please help me fix this as its driving me mad,thankyou

Well I have bad new to tell you and you not going like it. Number (1) kids shouldn't be playing a computer.The computer not a toy.Number(2) kids need's to be watched.Number(3) You should never have food or drink near computer because it can end up in your keyboard.Number (4) never get mad about anything because getting well not fix the computer or anything that needs to be fix. Number (5) You send back the factor but it cost you alot of money to fix.Now the real bad bad news you need to buy a new laptop or desktop . Also I would think that have learn about not lock up your computer for kids. Kids well be kids that is why Mothers and Fathers are the number 1 teachers in the world. Sorry but school teachers are not the number 1 teacher. In this case your kids was the teacher that you have learn to not put computer in kids hands. SORRY MY FRIEND BUT I GIVE YOU FACTS. Buy a new computer and learn from this one.DID NOT LET KIDS GET HOLD OF A COMPUTER. I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO JUST OUT TELL YOU THE BAD NEWS. MAYBE EVERYBODY LEARNED SOMETHING FOR IT ALL.
