help me prepare for siemens campus recruitments?

i have on campus recruitment by siemens technologies....do give me tips how to crack it....the best book for c++ just like the one that is there for c "exploring C"....say me best online site to prepare for computer n/w,rdbms,data structures,unix,operating system.
