It would be one of the DSL/Cable options. The exact setting would depend on the speed of the DSL connection you have from the phone company. The connection speed would be measured in Kilobits per second (Kbps or just K) or Megabits per second (Mbps or just M). One Megabit is 1000 Kilobits. So a standard dial up connection would be 56 Kbps (or just 56K). With DSL it's likely at 256Kbps or 1.5Mbps. However with DSL you shouldn't need a download manager, as they are mostly designed around the much slower speeds of Dial up.
