How do I take out the keyboard so that I can increase the memory please.

you need to take out some screws that are at the back at the top just under the screen and then place a screw driver in the hinge covers "with the screen flat 180 degrees" and pop up the little cover at the top. Then remove the little screws that hold down the keyboard and unclip the ribbon cable.
